Description

During this quarter-long group project, we created a Retail Buying Simulation for Uniqlo. Our research included defining the brand's core mission and identity, store network structure, target customer, and social media strategy. We also identified significant market trends and key competitors, providing an assessment of their competitive strengths. Using this information, we created a 6-month buying plan for Uniqlo, including a detailed analysis of the brand's product offerings, core competencies, and competitive advantages. Overall, this project provided us with valuable insights into the retail industry and helped us develop practical skills in market analysis and strategic planning.
